产品货号： HB0110 乳糖胆盐发酵培养基是 GB 标准推荐的培养基，用于食品、奶制品和水中大肠菌群的检测。 成份 (g/L)
此配方可以进行改良或增加营养成份以获得最佳的结果。 注意 此培养基仅供实验室使用。 用法 称取本品 35g 加入 1000ml 蒸馏水，不停搅拌加热溶解，分装试管， 分装每管 10mL ， 并放入一个小倒管， 115 ℃ 高压灭菌 15 min ，迅速冷却，备用。 贮存 制备好的液体培养基保存于 2 -8 ℃ ，应避免光线直接照射。干燥培养基应放置于阴暗干燥处， 保存温度 2 -30 ℃ 失效 干燥培养基超过保质期、结块和颜色变化都不能使用。 操作步骤 使用前，把制备好的平板放置室温 10-15 分钟。 1 、按不同的标准和方法制备样品 2 、把样品液加入试管中 3 、 37℃ 培养 20-24 小时进行计数 质量控制 1 、外观 此干燥培养基的粉末均匀，具有良好的流动性，呈乳白色。制备好的液体培养基呈白色透明液体。 2 、微生物试验
